From the inquiry to unpacking and putting on your personalized textiles
Personal contact, no hotline
At every stage of your order, you will be looked after by a dedicated contact person in our company and accompanied through the respective processes.
From the very first step of your inquiry, you'll meet professional staff at the Employee Boutique. Here, you'll receive advice and information about the various options, always tailored to your needs and budget.
Upon request, you can request samples for inspection. Samples are useful for getting an initial impression of the quality and texture, but they're also useful for your employees' sizing inquiries. Trying on the garment always beats any size chart. ;-) This way, you can eliminate any surprises.
SAMPLE EMBROIDERY
Before we begin production of your custom embroidery, we make it a priority to provide you with a sample design. This is a crucial step to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
After we confirm your quote, we'll create an initial visualization of your new garments. In addition to the design, the proof contains all the information our production team needs to execute the order. We also use the proof to ensure the correct execution of repeat orders.
Adjustments to position, size or colors can now be discussed and made directly until you approve the print.
In the next step, we contact our embroidery/production department and receive a photo of a first sample stitch for inspection. This first "test stitch" is embroidered on a neutral background and not yet on the final product. The test stitch is only there to inspect the embroidery itself and, if necessary, approve it or have it reworked by our professionals.
Adjustments to the embroidery image are saved with the embroidery file, which we also save for follow-up orders.
The process for reorders will be shortened accordingly and you will only receive the familiar deduction for approval to avoid confusion.
We can then add the item to your personal boutique.
