Price and shipping costs

(1) All prices stated on the provider’s website include the applicable statutory value added tax.

(2) The prices valid at the time of the order apply. The validity period of our limited-time offers can be found where they are displayed in the shop.

(3) Shipping costs. For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 8.50 for shipping and packaging.

a) For deliveries outside of Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 18.00 shipping costs.

c) Cash on delivery is not possible!

(4) For shipping costs for other countries, please refer to our country information.

(5) Orders are generally payable including all components specified in the order confirmation (VAT, shipping costs, etc.). The purchase price and shipping costs are due immediately without deduction.

(6) The goods will be shipped via UPS Standard Shipping. If the customer wishes to use a different shipping service, they must specify this in their order by requesting the appropriate shipping method. Any additional costs incurred will be stated in the order form and are to be borne by the customer.

Payment terms

(1) We accept payments via PayPal, advance payment or direct debit.

(2) If your residence is outside of Germany, payment via PayPal or advance payment is possible. To protect against credit risk, we reserve the right to only accept deliveries via PayPal or advance payment.

a) Payment via PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à rl & Cie, SCA, which offers a real-time payment solution. We charge a fee of 3% of the invoice amount for this service.

To use PayPal, you need a PayPal account where you can store your bank or credit card details so you don't have to enter them again every time you make a purchase. With PayPal, you can then easily pay by entering your email address and password. The corresponding amount is debited directly from your PayPal account, and the customer receives a payment confirmation from PayPal via email.

Once the goods have been packaged, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation showing the shipping date. This confirmation concludes the purchase contract and completes the order.

b) Payment in advance

The customer will receive an order confirmation via email. The goods will be shipped once the amount has been credited to our account. Please make payment only after receiving the order confirmation!

If you pay in advance, please transfer the final amount to the account specified in the order confirmation, stating your order number in the "Purpose of payment" field.

The passepartout you ordered will be released for production after your payment has been received in our account.

c) Payment by direct debit

You provide your account details and we will debit the invoice amount from your account.

(2) The customer can change the payment method stored in his user account at any time.

(3) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the payment due date is determined by a calendar date, the customer will be in default simply by missing the due date. In this case, the customer must pay the provider default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate.

(4) The customer’s obligation to pay default interest does not exclude the provider’s right to claim damages caused by default.
