What's the best way to get a feel for the product you're looking at? With samples, of course. Touch, feel, and try on the items to see how the cuts and sizes fit, and do they really look the way you want them to?
We ship samples, or even complete size sets. Each sample shipment is billed at full price. This allows us to accurately record the goods in our accounting and creates an incentive to return the goods to our warehouse on time.
Unfortunately, we must pass on the costs incurred for returning the goods to our warehouse or supplier to you. These costs will be waived if you submit the samples to us for finishing after fitting.
The following points must be observed for a successful return of samples:
• The return of the samples must be registered with us. You can then indicate whether and which items are included in an order and we can create a return label if necessary.
• The return of goods is only possible within 2 weeks of invoicing.
The following applies to all deliveries:
• The invoice will be adjusted based on the value of the goods, less a 25% restocking fee (minimum €15), after complete processing. These costs reflect the time required to fold and sort the goods. Unfortunately, worn or soiled items cannot be credited.
• Items returned after the return deadline will be charged 60% of the value. We cannot return these items ourselves and will donate them to charitable causes.
